La Crosse Distilling Company Barrel Aged Gin

Our Fieldnotes gin that offers a medley of botanicals including lavender, bay leaf, thyme and lemon is used as the base for our organic, gluten free, New American style gin. After the distillation process, we rest the gin for a length of 10 months in our used Buck Dancer Bourbon barrels. Experience those floral and herbaceous flavors that are complemented by notes of oak, toffee, and caramel.
