All sales are being fulfilled by licensed retailers on the Flaviar Checkout network. According to alcohol laws, retailers can only accept the return of defective goods. In such instances, we will refund the credit card used to purchase the item or issue store credit (gift card) for the amount that was paid for the item. If you would prefer a reshipment, reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate, subject to product availability.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
